Топовый ламбик, очень нежный что ли, сена не много но и цитрусовых мало что иногда сильно оттягивают на себя вкус. Очень винное послевкусие, причем виноград именно белый.

Bottle pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a hazy orange color with a small white head. Plum, with plum tartness. Malt, with some sweetness and light acid on the nose. Flavor was acidic, plum. Light sweetness, but not overpowering.

0,75l bottle at home. #21 21/22. Bottled 01.21.2022. amber hazy color, small white head. smells fruity, stone fruits, citric, bit jammy, subtle funk, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, grassy, earthy, oak, bit lactic, light funk. finishes lightly sour but rather dry with notes of citrus, grass and lactic notes. on the clean lactic sour side, reminds me more of an American Wild Ale than a lambic, nicely refreshing, not the most complex though. Very good one overall.

Loads of plum. Not as much funk as I would like, quite juicy, but good stuff!

Fully hazy ochre beer; small white rim. Plums, old wood, oak, farmyard odours, Japanese preserved plums. Mirabelles/plums, very faintly mold, cobwebs, lemon, straw, farmyard, undergrowth. There's acidburn and -thinning, but less than usual in the 3 Fonteinen fruitlambics; it is even a bit chewy. Feels better carbonated than it looks. Excellent version of this one, becoming a classic. Txs to Joren!
