This Pruim features the Mirabelle, sourced at Hoenshof in Limburg.
We macerated the entire plums for almost five months with two young lambikken from three different barrels. We blended with some more young lambik right before bottling. The final fruit intensity is 518 grams of Mirabelle plums per litre of Pruim. 100% 3 Fonteinen.

Bottle courtesy of Stefan, tasted with the München Ratebeer Group Christmas Tasting Friday 2nd December 2022. Pours hazy gold with a filmy off white head. This is super nice, the plums add a real depth to this, tasty stuff. Sourness is strange, it's zappy, plum skins. Good, very good.

Hazy golden. Aroma is prunes funky yeasty caramel something sweet. Taste is fresh sour fruity with sweet mirabelle. Super simple but balanced and quaffable. Nice.

Bottle at Open Beer Days. Pours a murky orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, citrus, plum skin, oak. Slick body, plum, straw, wood, nice acidity, enjoyed this.

Great nose of horse blanket and sour fruits. The beer starts fruity, mild sour with a nice fruity sour mirabelle finish. Lots of fruits, dominating the aftertaste, mild, fruity with a great mirabelle fruity aftertaste. Flaska från 3F winterpack 2021 drucken med ölföreningen. Gyllengul, sötsyrliga lite godislika persiko- och plommonaromer. Trevlig aningen sötare fruktlambik. Mycket gott

Flaska från 3F, blend 11, 20 - 21, 7,4%. Något mörkare gul, disig, vit krona. Drucken sida vid sida med Pruim Belle de Louvain, markant skillnad i färgen. Fyllig och söt i doften, drar åt persikogodisar. Mjuk kropp, markant lägre syra mot flera av de andra flaskorna från kvällen, med smakerna längre ner i registret. Lätt sockersött som drar åt persikogodis. Möjligen bland de bättre plommon-varianter, om än inte uppe i toppen.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow, small white head, bit of lacing. Aroma is huge plum, hint of Sulphur, spice. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk. Light body, low carbonation. 4,8,9,4,16

75cl Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Tasting. January-22. Pours Hazy Golden with a White small settling head. Ripe mirabelle plums. Funk. Crisp and dry. Woody and vinous. Tasty like wauw.
