We got together with our friends over at Crux Fermentation Project & set out to brew a pineapple bomb disguised as a Hazy Triple IPA. The recipe starts with a blend of malts from both Idaho & Oregon, oats, and red wheat for an extra thick and creamy body, and a smooth finish. Utilizing hops that were introduced to us during this project, we went with massive amounts of Mosaic, Bru-1, and HBC-586 hops for one big tropical explosion - with pineapple being the dominant fruit.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is pineapple sweetness some pine and juice notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts pineapple kick and a nice end.

16oz Can share at HBS Slightly hazy deep orange pour with sticky off-white head. Lots of sharp stinging tropical and pineapple fruity hops. Plenty of bitterness and some smooth sweetness. Big and smooth

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy orange pour, patchy white head. Pineapple, zesty, hoppy aroma. Taste is sweet and fruity, but with a potent citric blast that singes the nostrils. Juicy, finishes with pizzazz.
