Armadillo Comet was named after Amarillo and Comet hops, popular strains in West Coast-style IPAs and abundant in this brew. Our team went to work to launch a beer without the nebulous haze frequented by East Coast IPAs. 16oz can at SpaceBar. Drinking from can so appearance is unavailable. Nose is a big healthy dose of old school hops, from the days before the haze. Taste is also a blast of bitterness, some caramel matt's but mostly strong, in your face hoppiness.

22oz bottle picked up at the state store. Pours cloudy dark golden with a small off-white head, good lacing. Grapefruit, floral, pine resin. Good
