Tap at 73 Enid Street. A light hazed bright plum red coloured pour with a a lasting whippy white pink head. Aroma is dry rose wine, woody, vinous funk, tannin,, red grape. Some sweetness on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi sweet and slightly tart, delicate vinous funk, rose white, light woody bark, red berries. Cranberry. Palate us semi sweet, tart, dry, moderate fine carbonation. Very approachable sour.

Bottle from the brewery care of a friend. Thanks Jon! Pours a clearish ruby purple color with a small pink head that dissipates. Beautiful dark red musty grape aromas with notes of cabernet sauvignon, pomegranate, plum and tannic seed aromas. Dry and tannic on the palate with low acidity and big cab sauv notes. Drying finish with some mineral and tons of cab sauv fruit. Excellent.

Bottle thanks to Bacchus66. Batch #4, bottled May 2020. Pours cloudy purple with floaters, small pink head with some lacing. Grape skin, tart, oak, yogurt, sweet, red berries, tart dry finish.

Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a hazy purple with small pink head that lasts. The aroma is grape skin, earth, funk, oak. Medium body, tart grape, funky, oak, vinous, light dry finish, very nice.

Hazy pink with no head. Aroma and flavour have very intense sharp sweet & sour sherbert candy. Red fruits too. Very sour.

Sample @ MBCC 2018. Pours clear dark red, still. Aroma has grapes, tannins, lightly herbal notes, citrus, oak. Taste has grapes, cheesy funk, lactic acidity, lightly lemony acidity too.
