Very dark brown with thin head. Aroma of coffee and dark malts. Also brown sugar. Sweetish but with a heavily roasted bitterness in the finish

(Keg at Pien Shop, 20230124) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice, aniseed and herbalness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, herbalness, liquorice, dark chocolate, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, spicy and bitter. A pleasant complex stout.

Can @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Ink pour with a brownish lacing. Nose: plasmon biscuit, vanilla, chocolate. Mouth: balanced sweetness, cookie all the way, well-hidden alcohol, seducing.
