Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Gold Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Mikkeller Baghaven Nordlund's Field Blend ].Unclear matt medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, wine, grapes, red grapes - red berries, light oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, wheat, tart, grapes, red grapes - cherry, red fruit, some oak - farmyard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180513] 8-3-8-3-15

Nice sour! Enough complexity from brett, oak and fruit to make it interesting. Hint papery dry apple cidery when it’s cold but opens up nicely and mellows as it warms in the glass.

MBCC. Hazy deep red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red fruit and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 130518

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Hazy cherry red beer, small pink head. Light and fairly dry palate, minerally fine carbonation. Tart cherry, some lemon. Little floral cherry. Dry finish. Okay.

Draught @ MBCC 2018. Pours hazy red with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, sourness, yeast, barn, little wood, tart fruit, red berrries, raspberry. Flavor is light sour, malt, yeast, barn, wood, tart fruity, red berries. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 120518

Keg at MBCC 2018 Red (session Trois), 11/05/18. Cherry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is pissy citrics, cherry skins, funk, damp hay, grains. Taste comprises cherry skins, grass, light spice, damp wood, light herbals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte berry tang. Decent enough easy drinking sour.

Draught at MBCC red (third) session. Cloudy reddish body, off-white head, spotty lacing. Moderate aroma of red berry skins, tart and dry. Blended taste of tart raspberries, ripe lemon, and farmyard followed by a dry and tart berry-fruity ending. Cleanser qualities. (Copenhagen 12.05.2018).
