This is the second beer we made to celebrate our second anniversary.

Probably one of our biggest fruited sours ever. We didn't hold anything back on this one.

Imperial Fruited Berliner Sour Ale conditioned on Blackcurrant, Blackberry, Black Cherry, Boysenberry and Marshmallow.

Wonder if I got an old one or something. Anyway, the quite mild aromas are malt, yeast and cherries. Flavors are similar to nose and again very mild. More tart than sweet with okay body and carbonation. Don't really pick up the marshmallow. Totally forgettable.

a: very hazy pink & ruby coloured body | thinnish pink head
a: cherries | icing sugar | rich fruits
f: creamy | tart throughout | vanilla at end
t: marshmallows | deeper berries | thick malts
o: enjoyable | rich throughout | nice for style (and great to try!)

Maintenance beer after a long night out with a hockey buddy, followed by a quick turnaround today. Hockey in the morning, work in the afternoon. I’m beat.

Kind of beer you need to balance yourself out.

16oz can pours out purple pink topped with a pink head. Nose is berries lemon zest and vanilla. Taste is more of the nice sweet berries vanilla cream and tartness.
