"A tropical hop bomb
Notes of: mango, pineapple, and payaya, with a kiss of citrus
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Amarillo
Malt: 2-Row, Munich, Wheat
Light-to-medium bodied
Dry finish
Clear
We took a tropical trip westward for inspiration with our newest Double IPA - All Signs Point West. After touching the West Coast with the use of Citra and Amarillo hops for explosive notes of mango and citrus, we continued on our journey to Middle Earth. The addition of Nelson Sauvin hops (from NZ) adds to the mix with tropical flavors of passionfruit and papaya. We then rounded it out with a crisp and hoppy finish that will leave you saying to yourself ""what a trip"". "

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Light amber, hazy, patchy head. Aroma is light caramel, woody, earthy. Taste turns to pine, hop resin, classic NW IPA palate. Good, but I'm not seeing what all the fuss is about.
