Remember - Safety Third! What's first and second? We think beer soaked in oak is up there, especially after skiing. Look for heavy Port characteristics with Whiskey undertones in this beer with a kick of spice from a hearty does of molasses. Aged 10 months in Port Whiskey casks.

Taster from 12oz can. Cloudy unfiltered looking mahogany. Big woody and whiskey character. A smooth slightly sweet booziness. Very tasty

Taster at brewery. Dark brown, skin of tan head. Caramel aroma, sweet. More caramel and toffee in the taste, with a healthy alcohol burn.

On tap at the brewery pours out dark brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is great nice bourbon barrel notes big vanilla roast and a heavy malt. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts spice bourbon barrel booze vanilla.
