This IPA was fermented with a blend of 3 Kveik yeast strains (pronounced “kuh-vike”) and was dry hopped with 100% Citra hops. This yeast originated in Norway and was passed down from generation to generation within the family, and also shared among fellow brewers in the region. Thanks to Portland's Imperial Yeast Co, we are able to share this unique IPA with you.

Crowler at share. Hazy golden pour with a small frothy white head. Aroma is fruity, a blend of tropical and citrus. Taste brings the juice, sweet and slightly tangy, all wrapped up in a nice full, creamy body.
