Bottle and long story short it's more than drinkable, and moreover I'm tempted to leave the world of ales for a while.

Cloudy light amber beer with a moderate white airy short-living head. Nose: fruit esters, grains, rye malts, a spicy touch. Light to medium body. Average to lively carbonation. Taste: light sweet, malty. Liggt caeamel. Additional fruitiness and spiciness. Low to light bitterness. Hoppy aftertaste. Rather pleasant taste to be honest.

Bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Getreidiger, malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht fruchtig, leicht hefig, etwas Karamell. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Pours hazy orange golden, topped with frothy white head, nonlasting. Mild grainy nose, a bit fruity sweet character. Mild bitterness but somewhat herbal. Malty sweet balance. Stale body.

50cl swing top bottle. A almost clear dark golden beer with a small off-white ring. Aroma is mild sweet malty, caramel, yeast, grains. Taste of moderate sweet caramelish malt, wheat, yeast, some riped fruits.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts malty, fine spicy, some wheaty notes. Mild sweetish. Well balanced finish. Nice!

Schnapp-Flosch'n (Dank am See!): Deep golden coloured with an orangey sheen, smaller - slowly collapsing - loose off-white head; mild sweetish grainy-fruity nose with a (rye-)bready touch; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, but pretty soft; slightly drier - but still sweetish - and mild fruity-grainy finish. Nothing wrong with this, just a bit too tame...

bottle from Spar Wien-Hütteldorf. Cloudy amber with a mid-sized off-white head. Grainy start with yeasty fruity hints and some shy earthy hops.
