Can thanks to Tom. Pours black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong cocoa, roast, cherry skin, roast. Slick body, roasted malt, cocoa, vanilla, boozy finish, very good. --- Beer merged from original tick of Cherry Cordial on 14 Dec 2020 at 20:31 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5. 16 oz can from Tavour, 2/23/20. Chocolate covered cherry sums it up pretty well. Drinks pretty sweet. Fairly boozy, slightly dry. Nice stuff. 8/4/7/4/16

16 oz. Aroma is chocolate, cherry, bready. Pours black with a one finger dark tan head with good retention. Taste is moderately to highly sweet, lightly tart, with lots of chocolate flavor, some cherry, vanilla. Not really getting the almond. Perfect mouthfeel. A little too rich for me, but not bad.

16 oz can from Tavour. Black, oily pour, tiny ring of brown head, almost purple tinges. Aroma is roast malts and cherry. Taste is full, sweet cherry and bitter roast melding nicely, with the vanilla and almond adding subtle nuances. Thick, slick with a latent warmth.
