2014 Bottle. Slightly unclear bright color with white head. Aroma is funky, wood, very mineralic. Taste is wood, fresh, very green dry apples, olives, mineralic finish. Champenoise carbonation. Boner than bone dry dusty finish. Warming alcohol becomes present after a few sips. Wow, an extremely intense Sidra, but I really like it!

Bottle at SISGA 2015. Dry and vinous, quite good one. Balanced acidic notes by an initial sweetness. Moderately drinkable. Quite intense.
