Der legendäre Fohrenburger Weizenbock ist in Vorarlberg einzigartig. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 7,2 % ist diese Bierspezialität gleichzeitig der stärkste Beweis für das Können unserer Braumeister. Bei der Gärung bilden sich besonders vielschichtige fruchtige Geschmacksaromen. Das Geheimnis liegt in der hauseigenen Reinzuchthefe und natürlich in unserer Leidenschaft für echtes Vorarlberger Weizenbier.

Hazy deep golden beer with an off white head. Aroma of sweet riped banana, wheat malt, honey. Taste of sweet banana, strong sweet wheat malt, yeast, phenols.

# 4003; 1/2024. Fruity, banana and lighty clovy aroma. Murky gold boy; persistent off-white head. Sweeter, fruity, banana, citrus, clovy, yeasty. Very good weizenbock. 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Bregenz (Voralrlberg, Austria).

Trübe goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, fruchtiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig, malzig, fruchtig mit reifer Banane und Karamell. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, voller Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy dark amber, white head. Aroma: Wheat, caramel hints. Taste: Wheat, notes of sugar, caramel, banana, some cloves. Hints of Haribo Bananas (I hate these candy sweets) and soap at finish. Moderate to medium sweet, moderate bitter. Very smooth, almost foamy mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation. Overall ok, with exception of this pretty dirty finish.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is banana cream, minerals, cloves. Taste is fruity off-flavors. Taste is banana cream . Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Decent Weizenbock, maybe a bit too spicy.
