Bottle from Toby. Clear, dark amber, flat. Aroma is raisins and prunes. Taste follows the normal dubbel guidelines. On target, just average.

12oz bottle thanks to toby pours out crisp clean brown copper topped with a sand head. Nose is pit fruit some spice and sweet malts. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts pit fruit and some spice.

12oz bottle pours a clear garnet amber with a ring of just off white head.  Nose has everything you expect, malt, candy, dates, cloves, allspice.  Flavor is very malty, pumpernickel, dates, candy, raisin, clove, allspice.  Chalky finish.  True to style.  7 2 6 2 11

12oz bottle picked up at the brewery. Pours clear dark brown with a small beige head, light lacing. Toasted malts, toffee, dark fruit and mild smokey. Tasty
