Clear pale yellow beer, creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very malty, some banana, fruity, grains, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, good bitterness, grains, a bit grassy, a little metallic. Aftertaste: malty, a bit sweet, some banana.

At the source. Almost clear yellow color with a white head. Smell and taste malts, light cabbage, something not entirely right here. Meh. 4-3-4-2-8.

Tap at brewpub. Blonde, cloudy. Thin. Grainy flavor with cabbage and citrus. Uninteresting vegetable-like aroma. Luckily it was just a small glass in a Bierprobe.
