Fresh Hop IPA
Named for hop pioneer Dr. Jack Horner – creator of the Cascade hop – this trailblazing IPA features freshly harvested Oregon-grown Cascade hops, added to the kettle the very same day they’re picked in order to maximize all the floral and citrusy goodness this legendary hop has to offer. Inspiring as our brewery’s view of the Cascade Mountains at sunset, this fresh expression of their namesake hop is one we know would make Dr. Jack proud.

Sergey's hunt, canned 09/20/19
Dull, cloudy, golden, no head. Semi-sweet, even the flavour is dull.
It's not fresh, but nevertheless this is more oxidized than it should be, and it has never been good.

16 oz can from Bier:Thirty. Light amber pour with a small foamy head. Light malty aroma, citrus. Taste brings more malts, with a light, tingly hop feel. Kind of sweet.

12 oz can. Aroma is very muted. It's just kind of vaguely beer-y. Maybe peppery, grainy, floral. Pours slightly hazy new penny copper with a thin bone white head. Taste is lightly bitter with flavors of vaguely earthy, herbal hops; a hint of citrus. This seems more like a golden/blonde ale. It's not really hoppy at all. It tastes good, but it's a bit bland to be an IPA, let alone a fresh hop IPA.
