Taster at brewery. Hey diddly ho neighbor. Not the Flanders you were hoping for. Muddy amber body, flat. Piquant, mild tart aroma. Not quite enough of the tart, sour. Miseing something, je ne sais quoi?

On tap at the brewery pours out amber red topped with a small head. Nose is a touch of fruit notes light tartness grain caramel malts. Taste is more of the light fruit notes tart odd. This was a miss for western Collective for sure.

On Tap at the Garden City brewery/taproom SLightly hazy brown/amber with a thin wispy off white head. NIce caramel, butterscotch toasted malts in the aroma. FLavors a re a strange chemically harsh flavor profile. A little buttered honey wheat toast and very dry. Missing most fo the sour smooth acedic character I was expecting.
