We can build it. We have the technology. Make it juicy and dank. Make it creamy and rich. It’s about being hoppy, not about IBUs. This IPA is neither east nor west coast. This is new school. Brewed with Simcoe, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops. A strong resin flavor combines with bright grassy aromas – this beer is often described as “dank.” As always with Parish IPAs, minimal hop bitterness and a clean malt backbone serve to highlight the bright and juicy notes, emphasizing citrus and other fruits.

Pretty hazy golden and straw coloured body with a thick, three centimetre tall rich tan and off-white head that stays afloat for a very long time and leaves a pretty nasty lace on the sides, all the way up to the top. Aroma of crisp wheats, a lot of grain, some pungent grassy and very herbal hops with a lot of alpha acids noticeable and a touch of sugars at the end. Medium-bodied; Rich wheatie and crisp citrus notes show at first with a ton of grassiness and some herbal elements, but a lot of dry finishes with a good bitterness from the alpha acids here. Aftertaste shows the grassy qualities along with a dose of sweetness, but the wheat layer provides a great balance throughout with some bitterness from the hops that breaks through of course. Overall, a nice and robust, rich IPA that has some slight citrus notes, but much more of the grassy and herbal flavours that shows through the malt and leaves a solid bitterness at the very end. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle, purchased from ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in Lake Buena Vista, Florida on 30-April-2022 for US$5,19 sampled a few days later at my hotel room here in Bonita Springs, Florida on 02-May-2022.

Bottle into a snifter showing hazy pale gold with very sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of mango with light notes of cannabis. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Moderately intense flavors of mango with light notes of hemp and a mid-palate of NE style malt. Finish shows a light bitterness.
