ABV: 11.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light pine - resin. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, malty, wood - woody hops, light pine - resin, quit boozy and rich. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20200425]

660ml bottle from Beer Republic, Breda, Netherlands, consumed at home Attenkirchen, sat outside at home Attenkirchen Saturday 11th April 2020, weather is glorious, however we are now into day 24 of CORVID-19 enforced lockdown, cooking sausages and potatoes in the wood oven and listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6Music. Pours warm gold 'almost' clear, just a little tiny bit of haze, white head. You can see that there is a slight thickness to the beer, soft mouthfeel, a little pine resin. Boozyness shows, it's good but not as good as the Lake Tahoe by these guys

32oz crowler pours with a clear deep gold body that supports a thin light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up brief lime giving way to plum, berry and a floral sort of woodiness. The taste delivers berry, floral, sugary lime, blunted vanilla and some woodiness. This is a little too sweet and fruity and floral but the ABV is well hidden.
