Can from Corti Bros. Pours dark amber with a beige/tan head. Light rye aroma. Med body. Flavor is rather corn but rye is present. Malty but towards dry. Barely bitter. Gets a little corn sweetness with time.

16 oz can from spikes. Pours out a dark Amber, mostly clear, small frothy head fades. Aroma and taste are straight-up malts, brown bread flavors, Touch of Carmel, slightly burnt. Finish is a bit dry, and overall comes off a bit weak.

On tap at Shadow Puppet. It pours an amber color with a light khaki head. The aroma is fruity with plum, fig and caramel. The flavor is the same. Bready with over ripe plum, hints of toast and caramel. A bit overly caramel for a Brown. Low bitterness. Watery mouth feel. Meh.
