Draft at the Happy Viking. Pale golden, light haze, spotty head. Malty aroma gets bigger in the taste, full and bready. Mild sweetness, faint bitterness. On target.

16 oz can purchased at Capitol Beer and Tap Room in Sacramento, California as a single. The pour is a clear golden with a one inch fizzy white head that falls fairly quick. The aroma is clean toast malt, grass and a hint of honey. The taste is the clean crisp bread toast malt, faintest hint of honey sweetness and grass and mineral carries the finish. The palate is medium bodied, almost chewy, soft carbonation and mineral lingering nicely in the finish. Tasty beer.
