On tap at the brewery pours out a crisp clean copper topped with a small sand head. Nose is nice big sweet barrel notes booze lots of toffee and caramel. Taste is more of the nice sweet toffee caramel pit fruit and plenty barrel goodness.

On tap at the remaining Fairview location. Deep murky brown pour with a thick sticky tan head. Toasted malt and brown sugar aromas and flavors. Some of that raisin prune yeast character and a decent ABV but. Smooth and unfiltered feel. Lingering slight woody bitterness. Very nice .

Draft at Brewery. Dark brown with no head, traces of bubbles. Aroma is dark and roasty, malty and boozy. Taste leads with the barrel, sweet malty notes trailing behind. Really nice.
