Our flagship and most awarded beer. This West Coast IPA is dry hopped extensively with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic. Balanced and drinkable, with low malt character and a medium body that really lets the hops shine.

Draft at Good Bar, Seattle on 16th august 2025. Bright golden body, white crown. Juicy citrus bite which calms down a little as you sip through it.

Can. Pours a clear yellow hue with a medium white head. A light sweet nose, toast and citrus. Smooth, old school IPA. Mild green hops, biscuit, caramel. Smooth. Medium bitterness.

16 oz can from Belmont Station. Clear golden with foamy head. A throwback to the classic NW IPA, solid malt bill with some light resinous hops. No haze, no citrus....

On tap at Trap Door, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is nicely punchy, with piney hops, light stone fruits and biscuity malt. Piney, lightly juicy and balanced. Excellent by-the-books IPA.
