This unique spin on a blend of young and old beers pairs a fresh, tropically fruity IPA—itself the 2001st batch out of our pub brewery—with a barrel matured wild golden ale from our wild cellar. The resulting blend offers a complex medley of tropical fruit character, leading out with vibrant aromas of mango, papaya, and orange marmalade. Bright grapefruit and guava follow on the palate, finishing with a tangy acidity from the wild portion of the blend.

On tap at the brewery pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is fruit some tart sour notes and a little sweetness. Taste is more of the nice sweet fruit tart sour notes.

Taster at brewery. Pale golden, sparse head. Light haze. Fruity citrus aroma. Taste adds some tart to the citrus notes, a bit biting.
