An attempt at Belgian style golden ale. Aromas are malt, yeast and a bit of spice. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, mainly sweet, a little too sweet. I wouldn't get another but I guess you could cook with it.

16oz can. Offputting aroma, something not right at all there, garbage hot vomit tones. The taste is not much better. A real failure. Weak brewing. Bad yeast, really poor execution. After this and their Belgian Stout, I will not be buying any more Blacklist product. A horrible example of the style.

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours s cloudy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of flora, Belgian yeast, light fruit and light sweet grains. Flavor has a strong sweet grain note with some sweet flora and light fruits underlying.
