Taster flight at brewpub. Medium clear brown, flat. Fruity, leathery aroma, plums. Taste is more of the fruit flavors, woody, with a hop tingle. Smooth for the ABV.

Sampled from the tap ABR 2015. Pours a clear deep amber with an off-white that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bread, grain and some dark fruit as well as some Belgian yeast. Flavor has a good amount of sweet grains, dark fruits, bread and a Belgian yeast backbone.

This is near the top of Town Hall creations. Amber colored and nearly still. I was hoping for an Abbot; but this one is a quad. It is nice to have a TH beer that is very light on the hops. They serve the beer too cold, but as it warms sweet malt comes through in the aroma and the flavor. The alcohol is hidden well, but a light burn on the tongue to remind you it is there. Some fruit.
