Taster flight at brewpub. Light amber, thin ring of head. Not much to the aroma, very light malt. Taste brings more of the caramel, but weak and thin.

Minnesota Trip Beer #5. Keg at the brewpub, 5/7/16. Clear copper, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of toasted malts, caramel, herbal hops. The taste is toasted malts, cherries, grassy hops. Medium bodied.

On tap the the brewpub. Poured a clear amber orange with an off-white head that dissipated to the edges and laced slightly. Aroma consisted of notes of caramel and sweet grain with a slight biscuit and undertone of light pine. Flavor started with biscuit and caramel and had a bit of pine coming out in the finish.

This has the fruit aroma of an ipa. Light red color, small head. It was served too cold and had little flavor. As it warmed there was was bitter hops, and some taste of bread in the finish. A session beer. good.
