We stepped outside our comfort zone and brewed a Double Milkshake IPA inspired by the tasty three colored/three flavored ice cream treat. Strawberry, lactose, Madagascar vanilla, @cruchocolate cacao nibs and @tooniemoonie organic marshmallow creme, as well as Simcoe and Strata hops, come together to make a sweet and luscious dessert beer.

16 oz can at share. Hazy pour, tiny collar of head. Sweet pastry aromas. Light sweet. Vanilla, white chocolate, light berry. Subdued, but tasty

16oz can thanks to Steve pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice big sweet vanilla cream citrus hops. Taste is more of the nice sweet vanilla marshmallow citrus hops.

Can from the Brewpub. Milky pink with a minimal head. Aroma of grapefruit. Flavour is a bit like Neapolitan ice cream, which is not necessarily a good thing for a beer, doesn’t really work for me.
