Bottle shared. Hazy golden with small short lasting head. Crisp dry apple, gooseberries, funky pear, vanilla, lemon, dry apple peel, a touch of vinegar. Medium sweet and sour. Medium bodied, medium dry, flat. Quite nice.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo via Ed. Cheers! Aroma is of acidic apple, citrus fruits, funk and hints of vinegar. Very smooth oily texture. Drying taste. Very enjoyable to drink.

23/8/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, musty apple, slight leathery and woody notes. Moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice tart citric acidic finish. Very nice.

700ml corked bottle from Cider is Wine. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived white bubbly head and aroma of funk, apple, earthy. Taste is tangy apple, with leathery funk, earthy, acidic and tannic. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, fine carbonation, and dry sour funky finish. Very drinkable.

Keg at Wild Terra, 8/9/20. Clear amber, thin head. Aroma of funk, olive, clay, apple. Taste is apples with strong clay, mineral notes, some olive, and a clean tart apple finish. Very nice.

Bottle, escanciado on MoritzF's balcony into a Geripptes. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is green apples, leathery, barnyard, vanilla custard, almond, mealy apple skin, tree bark. Taste is vanilla custard, almonds, leathery, surprisingly sweet for a Sidra Natural, green apples. Natural lively carbonation. Tasty, though not the tastiest Sidra Natural I've had. Lots of stuff going on here though.

Hazy golden. Aroma is apple, haribo apfelringe, yeast funk. Taste is quite balanced, sourness and yeast funk with some less apple-y sweetness. A bit scratchy in the throat. A bit mealy. Ok.
