Smoky malt, honey, and hay aroma. Amber with small head. Mildly sweet honey, smoked malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body.

Unclear, amber colored, no head whatsoever. Aroma is of malt, lots of bread and rye, some fruity notes, bit lemony, some wild notes. Taste is medium sweet malt, strong bread and rye, bit yeast, some lemon, light wild notes, moderate sourness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft-flat carbonation, watery. Wet rye sourbread. (bottle)

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of bread, yeast, ripe fruit, flowers, mildly roasted malt and caramel. Pours hazy amber brown color with thin creamy tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with mild sweet caramel and sour cereals, follows citrusy, yeasty and bready, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Liquid rye bread...

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks very interesting. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Malty-wheaty-sourish aroma. Starts very malty, wheaty, yeasty, dry, bready notes. Modest sourish. Also some fruity hints of cherries. Finish could be more balanced. Still some strange bready-wheaty notes. Strange beer, but interesting.

Fresh grainy nose. The beer starts sourish bready. Smooth fruity sourish, bread, sourish, strange. Malt, sourness, watery bread, sourness. Strange.

Tap at Kittys. Dark copper colour, good beige head. Nose has metallic tartness. Light to medium-bodied. Tart with some rye bread, earth and chocolate underlying. Crisp and tart.

0.5 l bottle from 'Vormann Brauerei'. Clear, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Faint, sweetish, a little sourish, slightly smoky aroma of caramel, rhubarb, bread and a touch of smoked ham. Slightly sweet, a bit sourish, moderately fruity and a bit smoky taste of caramel, ripe apples, rhubarb, some bread and traces of smoked ham, followed by a short, slightly tart, dry finish. Medium to full body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not that interesting, a bit bland actually, overall disappointing, drinks easily though.

Säuerlicher, etwas brotiger Antrunk. Spritzig, etwas Roggen, vollmundig. Die Säure bleibt konstant, spritzig, langer Nachhall, weich, etwas Kirsche. 10/9/10/11//11
