Our most recent recipe, for the craft beer newcomer. Brewed with a simple grain bill to showcase hints of wheat and liberty hops, this blonde ale is a true lawnmower beer. Made for the days when you're hard at work and need something cool and refreshing without filling you up. Straying heavily from the standard blonde definition, Boobytrap comes in at almost 6% ABV. Work hard, play hard.

Taster at brewery. Pale golden, thin head. Light grainy notes in aroma and taste. Smooth, wih a bit of a bite.

On tap at the brewery pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is wheat corn grain some grassy notes and a little spice. Taste is more of the nice grain and a light grassy note.

On tap at the brewery last night. Pours a slightly hazy golden with white foam. Aroma is grainy, citrusy, flavor is the same. The graininess here is welcome and I like the hop character. Highly carbonated, medium to thin body. Good beer. Just a sidenote, I heard secondhand that the head brewer said batches of this fluctuate in quality and that this particular batch was one of the best ever.
