Small pour (nitro) at Fairview brewpub. Near black pour, small creamy beige head, solid chunky lacing. Mild coffee notes in the aroma. Tadte comes in creamy and smooth, coffee, dark chocolate, bitter, and a tiny bit of sweetness that crops up at the finish. Really nice.

On tap at brewpub pours out a nice light black topped with a tan head. Wow what a coffee nose on this one. Tast of chocolate, coffee and roast.

Very dark brown, almost black pour. Thick to drink with deep coffee flavor, as well as chocolate, roastiness, malts, and hopiness to finish. Similar to thier porter, but more intense coffee flavor.

On Tap at the brew pub Very dark black, very small tan head an only a few specs of lacing. This was not the nitro version dark chocolate and deep roasted aromas. Lots of nice very dark roasted flavors and not too much coffe. Feel was a bit thin and overall well balanced. Quite good.
