Our second flagship will be an American India Pale Ale, showcasing the unique flavor and aromas of the Northwestern hop, Cascade. Bearing the team designation of SSG Kenneth Wade Bennett (KIA November 2012), the Fatman attempts to be as epic as its namesake. With hop additions generously applied throughout the entirety of the brewing process, the Fatman IPA boasts style bending bitterness and a subtle but supportive malt backbone. Finishing at 6.5%-7% ABV, this Northwestern IPA targets the tried and true West Coast beer drinker.

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is light leaf hops some citrus and a touch of pine with cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice hop combo and light malt bill.

On tap at Olive Garden. Pours clear copper with a lacy bone white head; the lace sheets all the way down the glass. Taste is medium bitter and candy sweet with flavors of toast, pine, earth, biscuit. Aroma is a bit faint; kind of earthy, biscuity, minerals, some faint caramel. Very good.
