This beer is a continued quest to find what it is we’re looking for. This one has a great hook up front with tropical rainforest and evergreen singing a catchy chorus. It’s encouraged by solid background vocals and subtle tone warmth in the malt bill. It’s smooth and easy, but also a little edgy. A little rock and roll. Like a good song, the chorus rolls back through, haunting one more time. Sweet Jane!

Bottle from Boise Co-op Meridian. Medium amber, clear, foamy head lasts awhile. Aroma and taste are a complex mess of pine, dank notes, floral, malts. Soapy at times, sweet at others. Not sure what the end game was, but it took a detour somewhere. Looking to see if I get accustomed to it...

500 ml bottle. Pours a clear bright amber color with a small white head. A light biscuit and orange nose. The flavor is caramel, cherry sweetness, dusty, medium bitterness. Very dusty and earthy. Grew on me.

500ml bottle pours out golden topped with a fluffy white head. Nose is light tropical fruit mango some earthy notes aswell some cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice fruit citrus hops and a well balanced malt bill.

On Tap Clear deep golden. Scant head. Light toasted malts, woody and cidery. Decent bitterness but the hop flavors are mild and papery. Also a strange chemically note to it.

Draft, 12 oz pour at Hop and Hound. Lihjter, clear golden pour with a thin head. Wet hops aroma. Flavor is mango like fruit, dominant hops, and a sweet and bitter lasting finish. Very refreshing. Another solid hop profile from DM. I gotta go look for more stuff from these guys.
