We're excited to share this beer with you, and with Portland! Bubbly is a new style of India Pale Ale called Brut IPA. The style was created by Social Brewing in San Francisco. An effervescent, champagne like IPA... dry, bright and bubbly! To accentuate the white wine character, we dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. We hope you enjoy our Brut IPA. Show Less

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A dusty light tropical nose. Yeasty, fizzy, a soft palate. Light citrus. Works well.

Crowler at share. Pale golden, champagne yeast lends some wine character to aroma and taste. Dry, gritty, grapes.

Crowler pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is funky hops some plastic and wheat grain notes. Taste is more of the funky hops and wet grain.
