Keg at the brewery tap split with Stevoj on our Oxford crawl, 19/05/18. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is citric tang, melon, light pine needle, grassy, toasted bread. Taste comprises melon, toasted grains, tangerine, hint of grapefruit, grass. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a dusting of hop bitterness. Refreshing enough session gear for the relatively low ABV.

Draft at brewery. Hazy golden with small silky head. Aroma is lemon zest, bread, biscuits. Taste is mostly grainbill, drying, minor bitterness.

Keg at the Blue Collar Cheese Festival, Forbury Gardens, Reading. Murky deep gold with a negligible white head and a light fizz. Wasn't convinced about this at first - it seemed a little watery and I wasn't a fan of the leafy, piney initial flavour. However, the body seemed to fill out as I drank more, and some pleasant orange and tropical fruit notes emerged. Still only ok, but it did at least help to wash down some dubious polenta chips.
