Draught@Omnipollos Hatt, Stockholm. Ambery brown colour with a tiny off-white head, which disappears quite quickly. Aroma is raisins, dried fruits, some toffee, mild alcohol and wood with some slight plummy tones too. Flavour is dried fruits, raisins, alcohol, wood, toffee and some mild toasted tones with a bit of vanilla and some biscuity elements as well. Really smooth. Good dessert beer.

On tap at Omnipollos Hatt. Dark brown with no head. Sweet with dark fruit, malt, oak and molasses. Warming notes in the finish.

Draft at brewery. Ruddy brown pour with small creamy head. Sweet, sugary aroma, boozy AF. Taste is plums and raisins, woody barrel notes, figs, molasses. Even boozier in the flavor. Elegant

On tap at Hair of the Dog, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma is super boozy, with lots of bourbon barrel, wood in general, liqueur, perfume and alcohol. Flavour is loaded with bourbon, alcohol, liqueur and caramel. Messy and chaotic, but very nice bourbon notes. Very good.

Draft pour, tasted at Hair of the Dog. A dark reddish brown pour, identical to the Peach Adam enjoyed beside it. Quite an impressive blend of beers here. 11%, but it definitely seems stronger. Big bourbon, followed by a definite cherry note. Big warmer. Quite the beer here.

On tap at the brewery pours out a dark brown with a ring of a head. Nose is big vanilla booze barrels rich malts and heat. Taste is more of the booze vanilla bourbon and a sweetness.

On tap at HOTD. Pours a murky brown color with a small white head. A big boozy nose. The flavor is big sweet candied fruit, leather, hot bourbon. Very big.
