Taster at downtown Taproom. Dark amber, flat pour. Aroma leads with a bit of the sour funk, tart, fruity. Classic sour flavors, grapes, wine barrel a good choice. Dries out at the finish, fruity, tart

On tap at the brewery pours out amber topped with a small ring of a head. Nose is great cherries raspberries some wine barrel vanilla notes. Tatse is more of the nice tart sour wood fruit notes and a pie crust end.

On tap at the Downtown taproom. Hazy medium orange amber. No head or lacing. Just a few bubbles suggesting a mild carbonation very nice lightly ciders and vinegary lowland sourness. Flavors are Flanders and a vinous character presumably from the wine barrel aging. Clean and tart. A little dusty wood at the very end. Very good
