Bottle from Jeremy. Hazy orange, golden with small tight ring of head. Aroma is fruity, more citrus than peach. Stone fruit comes forward in the taste, sweet, kind of slick. Sweet, but not too much.

Hazy, light tan. Not much head. Mild tartness, with hints of the peach. Not super complex.

On tap at Bailey's Taproom, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma reveals notes of gin and lightly sweet peaches. Flavour is along the same lines, with tart and sweet peaches. Not getting much gin, nor is it an authentic lambic. But it's decent.

Sample at the tap room. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak, peaches and yeast. Medium body with flavors of oaky gin, peach, yeast and malt. The finish is tart and fruity with a peach and wood aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
