On tap at Pure Project Balboa Park. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white that lasts. The aroma is lemon zest and floral. Medium body, citrus, grass, tart, light finish, very nice.

On tap at Pure Project - Carlsbad, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out mineraly notes, light oak, farmhouse notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and gently fruity, with light oak, rustic saison yeast, and mineraly notes. Too mineraly for me, but the oak and rustic farmhouse character works well, as does the clarity. Good stuff.

On tap at great notion brewing Portland. Pours out golden with no head. Nose is sour wild funk not close to saison at all. Taste is cheese sour notes barrel very nice, but sorry for the low rate not even close to a saison sorry.

Taster at Great Notion. Orange golden, flat pour. Mild fruity aroma, some yeast. Taste gets funky and tart. Taste, peaches, apricots. Thin, sweet.

Tap@Pure Project TTO, Mikkeller Vik - Golden yellow pour with white head. Fruity and floral and grassy hoppy, light lemon touch, some straw, hay, yeast, medium body, some wooden oak nuances, floral and grassy hop notes into the close.

From tap. Pours clear to cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, wineous. Slight citric. Mellow, fruity, slight wooden. Fruity and citric mellow fruity. Lingering fruity finish.
