Our IPA is an aggressively hopped west coast style balanced by a strong malt backbone. It is hop forward without being overly bitter. Fresh hop notes of citrus, light pine, and a hint of spice combine with a light malt sweetness and a slightly dry finish.

Draft pour pint enjoyed at Wenatchee Valley Brewing. Bright orange, moderate haze, oily fizz head. Quite a bitter orange peel like front. Joppy nose paired with a pils like grain. Gritty grain on the palate. Bitter orange finish. Pretty good IPA overall.

Dull amber, a bit on the murky side. A bit sticky and the hops are not coming through all that well. A touch cheesy.

Taster at brewpub. Dark golden, small creamy head, streaky lacing . Mellow aroma, focusing on some caramel malts. Taste gets a bit more hoppy, very gentle, builds on the malt base.
