22oz bomber sat on for 4-5 years. Held up quite well. I believe I rate a freshish one in the backlog somewhere. Thick brown-amber body, oily yellowed head. Big, sugary, deep red fruit tones. True to style with a pleasant carbonation. Not on the same level as Belgian classics, but an enjoyable beer nonetheless.

Bottle donated to RBSG grand tasting. I think it held up well with a year in the cellar. Deep brown with ruby tinges, small ring of bubbly head. Lots of pit fruits and candy sugar, some savory spice. Taste is molasses and plums, sweet and rich, minor alcohol warmth. Wish I’d bought more.

Bottle at RBSG, thanks to stevoj. Dark brown pour with a small tan head. Sweet aroma of raisons and dark fruits, some candied sugar, and light spice. Mostly sweet taste. Flavors of toffee, dark pit fruit, and molasses. A little bit of Belgian spice, Belgian candy sugar.

Bomber from Tavour. Nose is heavily caramelized candi sugar, cloves, with hints of toffee and anise. Clear rusty brown with a medium heavy lacing beige head. Flavor is moderately sweet toffee with a hint of bitter and white pepperiness. Pretty decent quad.

Draft at WE taproom. Wine barrel aging works well here, complimenting the taste and feel of this quad. Mahogany pour with soft wispy head, but plenty of lacing. Grapes come through in the aroma, stronger in taste. Not enough to mask the brown sugar and pit fruit of the base beer however. Gentle and late warmth from the 10% ABV.

On tap at the brewery Like its predicesor hazy tan clor with a light tan head and lacing. A littel sweeter and fruotier than the original but not much different. A lite leasier to drink, maybe because of the additioanl swetness. Smooth and nice, and pretty big and satisfying.
