Bottle [from trade] @ Anti-Carnavalstasting 2018 shared with Dutchdrebus. A bit hazy reddish color, medium sized off-white to beige head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is malts, liquor, brown candy sugar. Flavor is malts, liquor, caramel, brown sugar, sweet. Medium body, medium carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle @ anti-carnavalstasting 2018. Brown colour with no head. Smells very sweet, barley wine, old. Tastes very sweet, barley wine, slightly chocolate, rum. Full body, soft carbo.

Hazy dark brown. Oxidized wood sugars phenolic vanilla sauce. Taste is phenolic sweet and spicy. Bery intensw. Lacks some complexity. Still nice.

Sampled @ BKL 2018. A hazy orange brown beer with a small white head. Aroma of rum barrel, Vanilla, wood, strong riped fruits. Taste of strong riped fruits, vanilla, rum barrel, oak, nice.

Bottle. Murky amber color with white head. Aroma is sugar cane, vanilla, chocolate. Taste is intense rum barrel, wood sugar, vanilla. Silky mouthfeel with a weird high carbonation. Good flavours, but overdone in the barrel character and the mouthfeel is meh.

Bottle. Paint stripper with rum notes, American oak. Murky brown, tanned lace. Medium full dry body, dry wood, rum sugar, light lilac, oxidation, chalky mouthfeel.
