Sampled from tap at ’Craft Beer Corner’. Hazy, dark red with an off-white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite fruity and slightly vinous aroma of caramel, cherries, lots of oak and some balsamic vinegar. Quite sour, just a bit sweetish, quite fruity and slightly vinous taste of sour cherries, balsamic vinegar, lots of oak, red grapes and some caramel, followed by a medium long, rather tart, woody-dry and vinous finish. Medium body, moderately astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!
