An aroma of fruity esters banana, citrus, and apricot. Moderate black pepper, coriander spice aroma from the addition of Grains of Paradise and the Belgian yeast.
Light malt flavour, a bit bready with fruity esters, with citrus flavours like grapefruit and orange, and apricot. An enormous infusion of flavours which will not disappoint. A wonderful mouth fell and light bitterness.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 6.5
Draft at brewery. Another hazy golden brew, minimal head. Aroma hints at some soft hoppiness. Taste brings forward some mild piney hops, associated bitterness, but it lies on top of a slick wheat body. Not quite IPA, but nicely hopped wheat ale.
