Bottle from 2016 Boise stone fruit tasting on 8/27, thanks Rich. Pours out a nice orangy golden color, small sustained beige head. Stone fruit in the aroma, as expected. Taste brings some funk, yeast, farmyard, wood barrel, still focusing on the peaches. tartness kicks in at the back end.

Bottle share, thanks Rich. Golden orange color with a small sandy head. Aromatic with fruity bits, peach and apricot. A bit of funk and oak barrel too. Very fresh peach in the flavor, lightly sweet before the funk and sour kicks in. Nicely done.

Bretty lemon nose. Clear amber, thick head. Tart, lemon and oak, basement overtones. Nicely done, but not as much complexity as one would expect from wild yeast. Definitely sour and oaky.

Bottle shared at a tasting. Hazy pale golden, thin fizzy white head, good retention. Aroma of dry tart peach and pale malt. The taste is tart, fresh peach, peach skins, pale malt, mild bubblegum. Medium bodied, mild lingering tartness. 300th sour ale!
