Draft at the source. Clear dark amber, beige head. Toasted malt, caramel, medium body. Tasty.

On tap at brewery. Not as roasty as I’d like, more amber sweetness than roast malt. A bit disappointed in this. The search goes on for a good American dunkel.

Golden brown. Not much head on this pour. Aroma is a little toasty. Palate is toasty, maybe a touch of phenols. Finishes a bit toasty, a bit dry.
