remnants that can still be reached today! We made this lager using pilsner malt and saaz hops for an incredibly crisp finish. No nonsense and no messing around with this fan favorite. Loon Lake Lager will cool you off on a hot day without causing you to “crash”.

Crystal light yellow with a thin skin of a white head classic very light pale golden malt aroma and the standard noble hop bite at the end though subtle. Some cereal/corn sweetness

On tap at Boise pub. Pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet corn grain grass and a nice malt. Taste is more of the sweetness grain and a touch of grassy hop on the end.

On tap at brewery. Pours out a very pale and clear golden with a small soft white, tight head. Aroma and taste is sweet grain, soft and pure, crisp and clean, tasty, refreshing. Perfect summer time beer.
