In 1943 a B-23 Dragon bomber crashed on the south shore of Loon Lake in the Payette National Forest. Our brewer made this beer after hiking up to the
remnants that can still be reached today! We made this lager using pilsner malt and saaz hops for an incredibly crisp finish. No nonsense and no messing around with this fan favorite. Loon Lake Lager will cool you off on a hot day without causing you to “crash”.

On tap at Boise pub. Pours out a pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is sweet corn grain grass and a nice malt. Taste is more of the sweetness grain and a touch of grassy hop on the end.
